1. Patient Responsibilities

- Respectful Conduct: You and your visitors are expected to treat all Hospital staff, other patients, and visitors with respect and dignity. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Financial Responsibility: You are ultimately responsible for all charges incurred for your medical care, including co-pays, deductibles, and any charges not covered by your insurance provider.
2. Financial Policies
- Billing and Payment: We will bill you or your insurance provider for the services you receive. You are responsible for paying any balance not covered by your insurance. Payment is due upon receipt of the bill unless a payment plan has been arranged.
